At Kanabay Konsulting, I will never make you change for the sake of changing.
I believe that creating growth and efficiencies through the simplest means is best for all companies. Change for the sake of change can destroy a company’s culture and spirit.
Because of this value, I am always happy to discuss your current position and issues free of charge to determine if your business could run more smoothly and find other areas of growth.
I don’t want you to change. I want you to simplify.
THE PROCESS
I will develop a customized program for your business, I will spend time learning your business, absorbing the culture and understanding what’s important. Then I will schedule a series of in-depth meetings to determine a plan of action. This will all be done at a minimal charge as my #1 priority is to help and do the right thing. The plan of action may not even include me in the final plans. I know my limits and money drives too many poor decisions and therefore should not be the priority. Doing the right thing should be the priority.
